Principal UX Designer
Job Summary
Leading the user experience strategy for ComplianceQuest products, the full-time Principal UX Designer will conduct user research, create intuitive designs within the Salesforce ecosystem, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead user experience strategy aligned with business goals and user needs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions for complex user flows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring visual consistency with the ComplianceQuest Design System
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with significant experience in a lead role and enterprise-scale Salesforce applications
- Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma
- Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and the Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Understanding of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS)
