Principal UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridges gaps across groups and teams to address UX issues rooted in siloed thinking, execution, and organizational boundaries
• Identifies risks, limitations, and blockers for proposed solutions; can assess the magnitude of risk and devise strategies for mitigation
• Develops a point of view (POV) on the value to be delivered by the current design backlog

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in UI/UX design and strategy, demonstrating a deep understanding of the design process and development and its impact on user experience
• Self-directed and proactive, comfortable working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects and roadmaps, and consistently delivering high-quality work on time
• Highly creative and analytical mindset, capable of solving complex problems and providing innovative solutions to UX dilemmas
• Well-curated online design portfolio demonstrating impact on bringing new products and features to market and improving business metrics
• Mastery of best practices for User Experience (UX) within an enterprise context, complemented by a solid understanding of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
