Principal UX Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UX Engineer, a remote full-time consultant role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-end development tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and delivery schedules
• Enhance tools and workflows for optimized processes and contribute to the company's design system
• Develop rapid prototypes for internal testing and stakeholder communication, leading projects from start to completion

Required Qualifications

• Degree or certification in product design, visual design, UX design, or a related field
• 6-9 years of experience in a UX engineer role, including at least one year in a lead position
• Expertise in HTML5, JavaScript, and responsive web design
• Experience with digital accessibility standards and leveraging AI tools in UI/UX design
• Proficient in working with Agile methodologies and collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams
