Principal UX Research Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UX Research Manager to lead a team in creating impactful user experiences through research and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of UX Researchers to deliver results and drive product strategy through rigorous multi-stage research
• Understand customer behaviors and needs to create relevant experiences while driving cross-team collaborations
• Identify new opportunities and elevate the research craft of the team, fostering an environment for growth and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in a relevant field with 5+ or 6+ years of user experience research or product development experience, respectively
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of user experience research or product development experience
• Equivalent experience may also be considered
• 5+ years of people management experience is preferred
• High level research skills across qualitative and quantitative methods
