Principal UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UX Researcher, Mixed Methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify confidence and risk areas in the product roadmap
• Scope, plan, and conduct high-value UX research using multi-method approaches throughout the product development process
• Evangelize research insights and create awareness of user needs across teams to drive user-centered strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied research on consumer products
• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end product research, including strategic vision and user experience metrics
• Demonstrated ability to lead research strategy and connect it to broader product vision
• Experience with unmoderated testing and survey tools
• Experience conducting research in B2B environments, particularly with complex hardware and software experiences
