Principal UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Principal UX Researcher will drive user research initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence product strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mixed-methods research projects to gather insights that inform product direction and business strategy
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to synthesize findings and present actionable recommendations
• Develop and execute a research strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and enhances user experience

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of industry UX research experience with a proven track record of strategic impact
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including statistical analysis tools
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end research operations, including participant recruitment and survey setup
• Active use of AI in research workflows, with a clear understanding of its benefits and limitations
• Strong communication skills for presenting research findings to executive stakeholders
