Principal UX Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal User Experience Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and establish the overall experience vision and strategy for digital products
• Create up-front experience strategy artifacts and oversee design creative
• Manage and facilitate the seamless transition of work and research across teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in a strategic design lead role
• Extensive expertise in designing B2B software system user experiences
• Strong knowledge of digital software experience design and agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Design, HCI, Psychology, or equivalent experience
• Experience designing for accessibility and achieving accessible designs
