Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UX/UI Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive key design initiatives and build strong relationships with product and engineering stakeholders
• Leverage UX design, research, and strategy expertise to influence product strategy and communicate design decisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the design process to deliver impactful user experiences

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of product design experience, particularly in enterprise software solutions
• Deep understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and design systems
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for design prototyping
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience; Master's degree with 8 years; or PhD with 5 years also considered
