Job Summary

Owning the post-sales Value Realization workstream, the full-time Principal, Value Realization will drive the measurement of ROI commitments, translate business cases into actionable frameworks, and present performance data to executive stakeholders, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the post-sales value lifecycle, ensuring measurement of committed outcomes throughout the contract term
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks that track KPIs and business outcomes based on pre-sales commitments
  • Collaborate with account teams to identify value gaps and expansion opportunities, presenting findings to senior stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in management consulting, customer strategy, or strategic account management, preferably in healthcare or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven ability to operationalize pre-sales ROI commitments into post-sales measurement frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing customer data and engagement metrics
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for presenting complex data to C-suite audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
