Principal Volume Forecaster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Volume Forecasting to advance its end-to-end forecasting capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve driver-based volume forecast models integrating various data sources
• Lead forecasting cycles and deliver insights that shape strategic decisions across the diagnostics business
• Produce and maintain rolling volume forecasts for inventory planning and operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• 8-12+ years of experience in Forecasting, Demand Planning, or Analytics within data-intensive industries
• Expertise in statistical forecasting techniques and machine learning methods for demand forecasting
• Proficiency in Python or R for model development and automation
• Experience with SQL and cloud data platforms, as well as dashboard design tools like Tableau or Power BI
