Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic definition of web solutions deals from initial client conversations to project delivery
• Craft vision and present strategic recommendations during pre-sales processes
• Contribute to the evolution of web solutions practice and provide thought leadership in higher education web strategy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital strategy or consulting, preferably with higher education clients
• Deep expertise in content-intensive website strategy, including UX and SEO
• Strong executive presence with the ability to lead high-stakes pitches and build trust with senior stakeholders
• Experience in shaping or evolving service offerings or productized solutions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across sales, strategy, and delivery teams
