A company is looking for a Principal, Workday Advisory Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution of advisory services, shaping offerings across skills strategy, governance, learning, and change
• Design and lead end-to-end HR and skills transformations, delivering measurable, value-based outcomes
• Advise Fortune 500 clients on Workday Skills Cloud, Learning, and Talent strategies while partnering with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR Strategy, HR Transformation, HR Operating Models, and HR Technology
• Experience in a Workday consulting or advisory environment, focusing on skills-based and HR transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with formal change management methodologies and ability to apply them pragmatically
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and influence senior leaders
• Proven success leading large, complex transformation programs with multiple workstreams
