Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Workday Architect, Talent & Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and configuration of Talent Development & Management and annual compensation planning programs
- Evaluate new project requests for strategic fit and act as a thought partner to senior leadership
- Ensure Workday architecture meets compliance standards and champion governance practices
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
- At least seven (7) years of expertise in Workday Talent & Advanced Compensation
- Proven architectural experience managing global Talent and Compensation programs
- Experience architecting complex Workday security and reporting within high-risk areas
- Direct ownership of SOX-compliant Talent & Compensation programs
