Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Workday Architect, Talent & Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design and configuration of Talent Development & Management and annual compensation planning programs
  • Evaluate new project requests for strategic fit and act as a thought partner to senior leadership
  • Ensure Workday architecture meets compliance standards and champion governance practices
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
  • At least seven (7) years of expertise in Workday Talent & Advanced Compensation
  • Proven architectural experience managing global Talent and Compensation programs
  • Experience architecting complex Workday security and reporting within high-risk areas
  • Direct ownership of SOX-compliant Talent & Compensation programs
