Principal Workday Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Workday Consultant (Talent, Learning, Recruiting).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
• Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing phases
• Support clients during Annual Events such as Talent/Performance, Merit, and Open Enrollment

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Workday lead consultant at a Workday partner firm
• Workday implementation experience in Recruiting, Learning, and Talent & Performance
• Required Workday Partner Certifications: HCM Core, Recruiting, Learning, Talent/Performance
• Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
