Principal Workday Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Workday PATTS team, the full-time Principal Workday Consultant will ensure successful production support for Workday Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant on multiple client engagements, providing guidance throughout design, configuration, and testing phases
• Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts for project alignment
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and stay updated on Workday best practices and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lead consultant with Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions
• Active Workday Partner certifications in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking are required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proactive approach with a detailed understanding of Workday PATTS processes and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
