Job Summary

To drive operational excellence in marketing procurement, the remote contract Print and Marketing Operations Manager will oversee print and fulfillment operations, manage vendor performance, and direct operational budgets for a leading global biotechnology innovator.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct end-to-end print and fulfillment operations to optimize marketing budgets and ensure SLA compliance
• Architect operational dashboards and reporting metrics to support executive decision-making and process optimization
• Spearhead integration with Veeva PromoMat systems for streamlined campaign asset distribution and resource management

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex print procurement and fulfillment vendor operations
• Specialized expertise with Veeva PromoMat platforms and digital asset management solutions
• Proven track record in auditing resource utilization and driving data-driven process improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline
