Job Summary

A company is looking for a Print Buyer - OnDemand.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the print production process from estimate through completion, including vendor sourcing and quality assurance
• Request quotes, issue purchase orders, and track project status for timely delivery of assigned projects
• Review proofs for accuracy and quality, and attend press checks as needed to ensure project requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Print Management or a related field required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in print production, print buying, or a related environment
• Deep understanding of print technologies, color management, and prepress workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for cost analysis; experience with ERP systems is beneficial
• Strong skills in cost analysis, budget management, and negotiation
