Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry to fulfillment and maintain a rolling forecast of customer needs
• Provide proactive communication and support to customers regarding print, fulfillment, and delivery issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate order processing

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, education, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to improve processes to enhance customer experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce or NetSuite preferred
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
