Job Summary
A company is looking for a Print Experience Specialist to manage customer orders and enhance customer experience related to print and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between customers and Print Support, managing orders from entry to fulfillment
- Educate customers on delivery expectations and proactively address potential issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and resolution of order-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, education, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce or NetSuite preferred
- Ability to improve processes for enhanced customer experience
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Ability to adapt to change and maintain accurate system data
