Job Summary

A company is looking for a Print Experience Specialist to manage customer orders and enhance customer experience related to print and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and Print Support, managing orders from entry to fulfillment
  • Educate customers on delivery expectations and proactively address potential issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and resolution of order-related inquiries


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business, education, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce or NetSuite preferred
  • Ability to improve processes for enhanced customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and maintain accurate system data
