Job Summary
To support a growing direct mail program, the Print Marketing Designer will manage the end-to-end design process for print marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance goals in a fully remote capacity for candidates outside the San Francisco area.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design and creative development for direct mail campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing objectives
- Oversee the full production process, preparing print-ready files and managing vendor relationships to ensure quality and accuracy
- Implement rapid A/B testing cycles and iterate designs based on performance data to optimize creative outputs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in print design, particularly in direct mail or high-volume production
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
- Deep knowledge of print production processes, including color management and prepress requirements
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing production timelines with print vendors
