Job Summary

A company is looking for a Print Partner Operations Manager to optimize their nationwide printer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure print partners meet SLAs for quality, speed, and fulfillment; develop corrective actions for underperformance
• Monitor printer utilization and optimize load balancing to improve throughput and responsiveness
• Serve as the primary liaison for strategic partner communications and manage escalations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or partner/vendor management
• 3-5 years managing third-party vendors or fulfillment networks
• 2-3 years of direct people management experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
