Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex mailing projects, ensuring compliance with USPS postal regulations
• Prepare and scale graphics for wide-format signage, ensuring proper specifications
• Utilize Excel for data management and formatting for variable printing

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator; strong skills in Photoshop and Acrobat Pro
• Advanced Excel skills for managing spreadsheets and data preparation
• Experience with variable data printing and knowledge of postal regulations
• Prior experience in signage pre-press and large-format materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
