Prior Authorization Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist with health plan experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the final decision-maker on all prior authorization denials
• Ensure proper processing and maintenance of all prior authorization paperwork
• Promptly answer priority and escalated calls on the Pharmacist line

Required Qualifications

• Prior authorization or related experience with a PBM or Managed Care company is required
• Active and in good standing Pharmacist license in any US state (excluding DE, HI, and AK)
• Must reside in the US
