Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prisma Access Professional Services Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
Manage support cases and provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
Review technical documentation and publish Technical Support Bulletins

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Global Protect or Prisma Access
Expertise in Application Delivery and Performance Monitoring
In-depth knowledge of Remote Access technologies, Network Security, and IP Routing protocols
Experience with Legacy WAN solutions and Virtualization technologies
Desire to learn and work on cutting-edge networking technologies
