Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Advisor to help members remove their personal information from the internet.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect members' privacy by finding and removing personal information across various online sources
• Investigate and troubleshoot adversarial problem sites to ensure successful data removals
• Maintain detailed case documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in internal operations, Trust & Safety, professional services, or customer support
• Demonstrated ability to execute at scale, processing large volumes of tickets or data entries
• Proficiency with G Suite tools and experience working in Jira or similar ticketing systems
• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for learning and ability to quickly grasp new processes and industry concepts
