Privacy Advisor

Job Summary

Focused on protecting member privacy, the full-time remote Privacy Advisor will manage the removal of personal information from the internet by auditing data, handling removal requests, and communicating findings effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Protect DeleteMe members' privacy by finding and removing personal information across various online sources
• Investigate and troubleshoot adversarial problem sites to ensure successful removals from data brokers
• Maintain detailed case documentation in Jira and collaborate cross-functionally to propose operational improvements

Required qualifications

• Located on the West Coast
• 2-3 years of experience in internal operations, Trust & Safety, or customer support
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-volume work
• Proficiency with G Suite tools and experience working in Jira or similar ticketing systems
• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
