Privacy Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of privacy documentation and training
• Prepare Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTA), System of Records Notices (SORNs), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), Privacy Act (PA) statements, and other compliance reviews related to Privacy
• Support security assessment and authorization (SA&A) activities as required

Qualifications:

• Must be able to obtain a DoED Level 6 High Risk/Public Trust Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five to ten (5-10) years related experience
• Understanding of privacy regulations and industry standards, including NIST, GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, ISO27701, PCI-DSS
• Experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and reviewing System of Records Notices (SORNs) and data sharing agreements
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and making recommendations to remediate risk
