Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel I - Privacy & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regulatory compliance with U.S. and E.U. privacy and AI laws, providing risk-based counsel to the business
• Conduct privacy and AI impact assessments, manage data subject requests, and operationalize privacy processes
• Assist with privacy-related contract negotiations and contribute to the development of privacy and AI governance training

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of applicable experience
• Juris Doctorate (Required)
• Proven experience in U.S. privacy laws and familiarity with key EU frameworks
• Understanding of emerging U.S. and EU AI laws and their application to business operations
• Experience in developing privacy governance structures and drafting privacy-related agreements
