Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Counsel, Privacy/AI - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Company's privacy and AI legal functions and governance program
• Provide actionable legal advice on evolving state and federal consumer and health privacy and AI laws
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and government affairs teams on legal issues

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of legal experience in a law firm, government, or in-house setting
• 5+ years of experience advising on privacy-related issues, including healthcare and consumer privacy
• 2+ years of experience advising on AI-related issues
• Management experience with a track record of building and leading teams
• Strong business partnership skills
