A company is looking for a Privacy and AI Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the privacy program and advise on privacy concerns related to products and AI technologies
• Participate in AI use case reviews and legal assessments for AI-powered products and services
• Draft and maintain AI governance documentation and ensure compliance with privacy laws

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from a top-tier law school and membership in a state bar
• 3 to 5 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a law firm
• Experience with healthcare privacy laws and AI regulation
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in a technology company or healthcare organization is preferred
