Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Investigator Auditor for Privacy and Civil Rights will manage investigations into suspected discrimination incidents, assist with regulatory compliance issues, and participate in audits and initiatives related to privacy and civil rights.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the investigation and remediation of suspected discrimination incidents
  • Research and assist with federal and state regulatory requests or non-compliance issues
  • Participate in OCR and other regulatory audits, meetings, and initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, social sciences, legal, business, or a clinical field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Associate Compliance Professional certification or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of healthcare experience required
  • Minimum three years of investigation, compliance, or legal experience with state and federal regulatory agencies on civil rights issues
