Privacy and Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day execution of a comprehensive Privacy Program, the full-time remote Privacy and Compliance Analyst will manage compliance monitoring, risk identification, and operational privacy activities related to non-permitted disclosures of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Key responsibilities

• Performing privacy incident intake, logging, categorization, and tracking according to established procedures
• Documenting details of suspected or confirmed non-permitted disclosures of PHI and maintaining accurate incident records
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare privacy, compliance, or a related field
• Foundational knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rule requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
