Privacy and Compliance Manager

Job Summary

To support global data protection initiatives, the full-time Privacy and Compliance Manager will develop, enhance, and maintain privacy programs while managing compliance solutions and advising teams on data protection laws and practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to create compliance solutions for data privacy-related organizational challenges
• Inform and advise teams on obligations under U.S. and global data protection laws, including CPRA and GDPR
• Manage internal data protection activities, including training staff and assisting with audits and monitoring

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data privacy program development and management
• Prior experience managing and supervising direct reports
• International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Certification - CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT is a plus
• Strong program or project management skills with experience managing concurrent initiatives
