Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy & Data Innovation Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on legal areas related to privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance laws
• Provide solutions-oriented advice on AI/ML, data privacy, and cybersecurity issues
• Monitor regulatory trends and drive internal training on privacy and data protection obligations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer with a focus on security and data privacy issues
• Proactive team player with a solutions-oriented approach and a growth mindset
• Deep knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, including GLBA and CCPA
• Experience conducting privacy and/or AI governance reviews
• Preferred experience advising companies in payments, credit reporting, or fraud sectors
