Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sr. Counsel, Privacy & Regulatory (REMOTE US).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outside counsel for acquisitions and litigation matters
• Support product development teams on legal compliance related to data privacy and licensing
• Act as the primary liaison for privacy compliance and regulatory matters

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in a legal role focusing on data privacy and/or government affairs
• Direct experience managing an AI governance structure
• Juris Doctorate Degree (or International Equivalent) or equivalent work experience
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
• Familiarity with government regulations impacting the technology/software industry
