Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy and Regulatory Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging laws and regulations related to privacy and health insurance
• Develop and report monthly compliance updates for stakeholders regarding privacy and data security
• Assist in creating privacy-related legal impact assessments and training programs for employees

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in privacy and health insurance
• Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience using SharePoint and familiarity with legal databases like Bloomberg or LexisNexis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) is required
• Demonstrated project management skills with strong organizational abilities
