Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney - Privacy & Corporate Transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise business partners on privacy and data protection matters
• Conduct risk assessments related to privacy incidents and recommend actions
• Provide legal guidance on new technologies and draft privacy-related provisions in contracts

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership required
• CIPP/US certification preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate transactions and privacy law
• Experience advising on privacy laws applicable to insurance and financial services
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating data protection agreements
