Privacy Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Privacy Analyst to manage and respond to privacy and data protection requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to privacy requests using the client's macro system
• Guide users through self-service solutions for account management and privacy settings
• Process account deletion confirmations and identify requests for escalation to the DPO team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in legal compliance, privacy operations, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of user privacy, data, and legal terminology
• Proficiency in data extraction and management
• Experience with case management or ticketing systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
