Privacy Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Privacy Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the data privacy compliance program and manage a team of privacy analysts
• Monitor and audit compliance processes, conduct investigations into privacy incidents, and develop corrective actions
• Coordinate with other areas to address compliance issues and provide training on privacy requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of privacy compliance experience
• Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach rule requirements preferred
• Experience with GDPR, PCI, and state breach laws is a plus
• Data privacy professional certification preferred
