Privacy Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

To support compliance efforts, the full-time remote Privacy Compliance Specialist will conduct investigations of privacy incidents, assist with audits, and help develop and implement privacy policies and training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts investigations and resolves privacy incidents reported through various channels
• Assists in coordinating audits and investigations as part of the compliance privacy monitoring program
• Helps develop and implement HIPAA and other privacy policies and procedures, including training initiatives

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
• Preferred Bachelor's degree
• Highly preferred 5 years of healthcare privacy compliance experience
