Privacy Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform, manage, and track privacy and security investigations, including high-risk issues and cyber events
• Conduct factual investigations and complex data analysis, advising on risk mitigation and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements related to privacy and security investigations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in health care, legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, or IT Data Management/IT Security
• Ability to manage a diverse workload with short turnaround times and firm deadlines
• Proven understanding of health insurance, health care service delivery, and/or managed care industry
• Experience working in a large, complex organization in a legal or regulatory compliance role
• Ability to work effectively in a constantly evolving business and regulatory environment
