Privacy Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive privacy assessments of technology acquisitions to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Initiate the company's internal confidential information return and destruction process
• Communicate progress and work closely with the Data Privacy Analyst

Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 2 years' experience in privacy and data protection laws and regulations
• Experience in reviewing and interpreting contracts, particularly vendor contracts and nondisclosure agreements
• CIPP/CIPT/CIPM certification preferred
• Experience performing various forms of online research
