Privacy Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy, Compliance & Technology Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business-focused privacy counsel across various technology-enabled products and services
• Conduct complex research on applicable laws and regulations such as GLBA, FCRA, GDPR, and CCPA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with privacy laws and implement new requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in privacy and technology law
• Ability to advise on privacy issues related to artificial intelligence and data platforms
• Experience in compliance matters across technology and cybersecurity
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
