Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Counsel (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice, guidance, and support on global privacy program needs
Analyze and communicate the impact of privacy laws and regulations on the business
Support privacy and compliance risk assessments and develop practical business processes to minimize risks

Required Qualifications:

J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school and active membership in a state bar
7+ years' experience in privacy law, with expertise in global privacy, security, and data localization laws
Privacy certification such as CIPP/US, CIPP/EU, CIPT is a plus
