Privacy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Privacy to lead privacy initiatives within the Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with various teams to integrate privacy into digital products and marketing technologies
• Provide guidance on digital advertising and tracking technologies in healthcare settings
• Support the development of the enterprise privacy program and report on its performance to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in privacy, data governance, or regulatory compliance in healthcare or regulated industries
• Preferred Juris Doctor (J.D.) or CIPP/US certification
• Understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and associated privacy risks
• Experience in assessing privacy risks related to digital marketing and emerging technologies
• Strong knowledge of privacy frameworks and regulations, including HIPAA and U.S. consumer privacy laws
