Job Summary
Leading the enterprise privacy program, the full-time remote Privacy Director will manage privacy strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with various business teams to embed privacy into processes and technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the enterprise privacy program roadmap and governance processes
- Provide practical privacy mentorship to business teams, translating regulatory requirements into scalable business processes
- Assess and manage privacy risks through a risk-based framework, implementing mitigation measures to reduce regulatory exposure
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience leading privacy, compliance, or governance programs
- Practical understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy regulations
- Experience in building and operating enterprise privacy programs
- Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills
