Privacy Director
Job Summary
Leading the enterprise privacy program, the full-time remote Privacy Director will manage privacy strategy, governance processes, and compliance initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy by design across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the enterprise privacy program roadmap and governance processes
- Provide mentorship on privacy regulations and translate them into scalable business processes
- Assess and mitigate privacy risks through a risk-based framework while ensuring compliance with relevant laws
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in leading privacy, compliance, or governance programs
- Practical understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy regulations
- Experience in building and operating enterprise privacy programs
- Strong leadership and program management skills with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into business processes
