Job Summary
Leading the enterprise privacy program, the full-time remote Privacy Director will manage the privacy strategy, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed privacy into business processes and technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise privacy program aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate governance processes to ensure privacy-by-design across the organization
- Provide practical mentorship on privacy regulations and assess privacy risks through a risk-based framework
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in leading privacy, compliance, or governance programs
- Practical understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy regulations
- Experience in building and operating enterprise privacy programs
- Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills
