Privacy Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with internal stakeholders, the full-time remote Privacy Engineer will implement privacy best practices, develop privacy controls, and manage multiple privacy projects while serving as a subject matter expert on privacy engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Implement privacy best practices in projects and decisions by collaborating with various internal teams
• Develop privacy controls and features in compliance with privacy laws and regulations
• Manage multiple privacy projects simultaneously and conduct operational deep dives on privacy-related processes

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in privacy and technology matters, such as privacy engineering or marketing ad tech compliance
• Familiarity with global privacy laws and regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR)
• Strong technical background with experience in privacy-related technology solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
• CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT privacy certification preferred
