Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for privacy incident intake and conduct investigations
Coordinate investigative calls and maintain documentation of incidents and findings
Support compliance initiatives through audits, monitoring, and process improvement

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Law, Healthcare, or related field
One to three years of experience in healthcare compliance or privacy investigations
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications
Experience with HIPAA privacy investigations preferred
Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) preferred
